Refund and Return Policy

How to initiate a refund
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We are happy to assist you with returns, subject to the following criteria:
The product must be purchased only on fit-connect.fr and not from any other retailer, whether online or offline.
Return requests must be made within 30 business days from the delivery date. We will not be able to offer a refund or exchange for any order exceeding the 30 business day refund period.
Products must be unused, with all tags attached, and the original packaging must remain intact and be sent with the products.
The product must reach us in a saleable condition.
If you ordered an item but receive other products, wrong size or damaged products, we will cover all return costs in this case.
If you change your mind and wish to exchange products, you will then bear all return costs.
Refund Policy
If you paid by credit card, the refund will be credited to your credit card account within 5 to 7 business days.
If you paid by debit card/internet banking, the amount will be refunded to your bank account within 7-14 business days. However, the actual credit to your account depends on your bank's processing time. If you don't see the credit within this time, please check with your bank and let us know if you have any issues.
The amount will be refunded to the bank account through electronic funds transfer. We do not provide refund in cash/cheque/DD.
Except in situations explicitly mentioned in this policy, you will not be eligible for any refund.
Special Note
Since products are displayed online on different screen resolutions, the color or design of the delivered product may differ from the actual shade.
