Send us an email at info@mamiebonplan.com attaching a photo of the damaged product. Please also include your order number and any other relevant information that could help us process your request quickly.
Once your email is received, our team will assess the damage and initiate the refund process. Damaged products will be refunded as soon as possible. We take every request seriously and will act quickly to ensure your satisfaction.
About Refund:
- Notification: Once the refund is processed, you will be notified by email.
- Posting Time: Refund may take 48-72 hours to be visible on the account used for payment.
- Refund Method: The refund will be made using the same payment method that was used for the purchase. For example, if the purchase was made via PayPal, the refund will be credited to your PayPal account. If the payment was made by credit card, the refund will be made to the same card.
