Q: WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
A: Due to the current COVID-19 PANDEMIC worldwide and the EXTREMELY HIGH DEMAND FOR OUR CURRENT OFFERS, when you place your order, please allow 1-3 business days for processing and handling of your order, which will be shipped directly from one of our many domestic and international warehouses, who will do their best to get it to you as quickly as possible! You will receive the tracking number immediately after your order is shipped. Due to the popularity of our offers, please allow 7-14 days for your order to arrive in France and the United States (varies by product). For other countries, the time frame is 14-21 days (varies by product) due to distance and customs clearance. If the order is placed and a credit card authorization is issued before 6:00 PM Monday through Friday, the order will be processed the same day. If the order is placed after 6pm Monday to Friday, it will be processed the next business day.
Q: What are the shipping costs?
A: Currently we offer free shipping on all orders to all countries. We use DHL / UPS / CargoLine / TNT for all orders. Please note that your order is delivered directly to your door. Q: What happens if I don't receive the products? A. All our orders are sent with insured shipping and handling. If an order gets stuck in customs, returned or even lost during the delivery process, we apologize! The postal service is out of our control. However, in cases like this, because the packages are insured, we will cover you; we will send you a new package with faster shipping and full tracking, if possible. So you have nothing to worry about.
Q: HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
A: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and/or SMS, if you provided a mobile phone number, containing a tracking ID and a link to track the progress of your package.
Q: WHY IS FREE SHIPPING TAKING SO LONG?
A: Our prices are significantly lower than our competitors because we have relationships with our suppliers to ship directly to the customer! The downside is that delivery times are slightly longer, but we do everything we can to get your order shipped as quickly as possible.
Q: I ORDERED TWO PRODUCTS, BUT ONLY RECEIVED ONE... WHAT'S HAPPENING?
A: As we have a wide assortment of products that are not stored in the same warehouse, it is possible that some products are shipped separately. Don't worry, it is quite normal that you receive one product a few days before the other.
